Apple announced they will be stopping development of Aperture earlier in the summer and now Adobe has officially announced they will have a migration tool to make an easy transition over. Also if you don’t want to wait for the official tool there was a developer (Adrian Grah) that took matters into his own hands and created his own. It’s a Beta version right now and is free for anyone to download http://apertureexporter.com
