Yesterday we had a quick review of what a diptych is and some great samples of diptychs in photography. Check out this great episode of The Complete Picture with Julieanne Kost where she discusses how to select multiple images to work together as diptychs and triptychs. Learn how to select photographs with similar attributes such as color and shape, mood and lighting, line and form will help to unify two (or more) photographs, perhaps even creating new meaning through the relationship of the imagery. A really informative video and her teaching style is always so easy to follow and understand.

you arent ‘creating’ anything, you are moving images around. I wanted to see an actual creation of putting two images together in PS via Lightroom. All this was really was an advertisement of Juliannes work?. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but, you should have entitled these ‘tutorials’ as how to CHOOSE images that go together in a slideshow. All you are doing is showing how to select images based on similar attributes. (not complaining, just saying..)
