Adobe’s move to the cloud earlier in the year sparked a ton of controversy and many people that were not happy with the decision not to offer boxed software any longer. Many people wanted to abandon Adobe and move elsewhere and some people on the web even predicted the downturn of Photoshop and Adobe. Today at Adobes earnings report they showed that there is still a strong demand for their creative software and announced they surpassed 1 million subscribers to the creative cloud.

Check out this graph to see the creative cloud growth over the past year and it’s pretty apparent that the subscription model for Adobe’s software isn’t going anywhere.
