Canon has updated the firmware for the EOS 5D Mark II to v2.0.3. For anyone shooting video this firmware includes additional frame rates including 24 fps, in addition both the 30 fps and 24 fps settings are now NTSC compliant (29.97 fps and 23.976 fps).
