Thanks everyone who filled out our poll earlier, Do you plan on adding DSLR Video to your photo business. This is something I have been thinking about for awhile and will post some insights into why later this week. The majority of you who voted said you were either curious about it but not sure or would like to shoot video but still learning how to shoot/process video. So over the next few months I am going to do something totally different. I’ll be posting a entire series of articles about shooting video with a DSLR but not as an expert in the field but someone learning the ropes along with you all. I hope we can all learn together and grow together. As I pickup on equipment idea’s, shooting idea’s and anything else along my quest to master DSLR video i’ll be posting my journey here. So far I have done a few shoots with a 7D and in those have learned a lot of things (mostly what I did wrong) and am excited to shoot more coming up and share the results with you. I am pretty excited about the possibilities that these types of shoots offer and excited to learn something totally new!
