I can’t believe another year is about to wrap up. 2012 flew by in the blink of an eye for me with the million or so projects it feels like I started throughout the year. I always love to take a few minutes to look back at this past year and reflect on the good and the bad of the year. There was a lot of things going on for me this past year, I was hoping to write 5 articles for this site a week but had a few things that got in the way of that and had to slow down in the last half of the year. Part of this was due to a writing project that i’ll be able to share more info with everyone soon. Even with that there still was 170 new articles added to the site and we now have over 700 articles posted here.
We also saw a big increase in visitors to the site this year which was awesome to see, there was almost 3/4 of a million people that came to the site in 2012 and I want to thank each and everyone of you for your support. As i’ve said many times in the past I started this just as a way to share my love and passion of photography with a few people that used to email me questions. I figured instead of emailing them all similar info I could post my answers to a site for them to all see and save myself a little time. Well a few years later and I am very grateful to everyone who has written in with your own stories on how you are growing in your artistic walk. I love sharing my passion for photography and am really looking forward to this new year in 2013!
