OK everyone, its time for another fun contest. Our last portrait contest really blew me away with the amazing work everyone sent in! You can see the top 3 if you missed them here: show us your best portrait. Our theme this week is going to be Black and White landscapes. Our generous sponsor Black River Imaging has given us some more $100 giftcards so send in your best images for your chance to win. Here are the details:
Go to our facebook fan page and become a fan.
Then just add a photo to our wall with your best recent landscape (you can enter up to 3 of your best images)
We won’t bite so don’t be scared, this will be a great way for us to all share our work with each other.
On Friday at 5:00 PST I will pick 3 images that I feel are the best images. It will be based on a mix of things: Creativity, technical, composition, lighting to just name a few. We will also post these to the site afterwards and i’ll give some feedback on why I think the winners deserve recognition.
For a little inspiration a classic from Ansel Adams.
“Landscape photography is the supreme test of the photographer – and often the supreme disappointment”
– Ansel Adams
